First Church History Group

Join us on the first Thursday of every month at 7:30 pm for ongoing discussions about First Church history with Historian John Howe. For more information, contact Lillian Anderson at landerson@uubelmont.org.

Look out for occasional in-church events and presentations.  We offer a forum for the discussion of topical themes related to our church’s rich and illustrious history of nearly 170 years.  Recent presentations and discussions have introduced key historical figures in our past and explored our church’s relationship both to our local community as well as to our denomination and the wider world.  Members of the Group are invited to develop and lead presentations, and newcomers are always welcome.  For further information, contact Lillian Anderson (landerson@uubelmont) for the Zoom link.
