Parents of Adult Children Who are Struggling

If you are the parent of an adult child who is struggling with emotional issues, and/or has a mental health diagnosis, this may be the group for you. We will gather to share our stories, and resources, use some problem solving techniques, and hold each other and our loved ones in compassion. Group members will be invited, but not expected, to choose topics, help create a structure that meets our needs, and even take turns leading the group. We will review a confidentiality agreement each session.
