Here are some opportunities for climate action, education, and advocacy for the month of March.
1) Register for UUMassAction Advocacy Day
April 8, 10:00 am - 4:30 pm
Join other UUs to lobby for climate justice and other bills. Register here! And check out UUMA Priority Bills here!
2) Attend a Zoom Information Session: Green Burial—The Earth-Friendly Option
March 6, 7:00 – 8:30 pm

3) Write a Letter to the Editor
UUMassAction is asking for letters in response to Mass Save being unfairly blamed for gas price hikes. Here’s a guide for writing letters.
4) Attend the March Meeting of the Energy, Environment, and Climate Justice Workshop
March 12, 7:30 – 9:00 pm
Join us in the First Church Library, led by David Deese.
5) Eleventh Hour Bell Ringing
March 11, 10:45 – 11:15 am
Join us in front of the church for our monthly bell ringing and sign-holding to bring attention to the climate crisis. The church bell is working again—come pull the rope and sound the bell!
