Church Staff Service Fees

These services are billed separately and coordinated through the church office:

  • Custodial services: $50/hour

  • Staff musician for wedding or memorial service: $350

  • Staff musician for wedding and rehearsal: $450

  • Additional musicians/vocalists: $250 each

 

Upper Floor Spaces

 

Sanctuary
Seats 192

  • Standard rate: $150/hr

  • Non-profit rate: $75/hr

  • Member rate: $50/hr

  • Piano rental (with Music Director approval): $100

  • No food or drinks allowed

  • No air conditioning

 

Parlor
Seats 22

  • Standard rate: $25/hr

  • Non-profit rate: $15/hr

  • Member rate: $10/hr

 

Parish Hall (includes use of Kitchen)
Seats 220 (rows); approx. 125 (banquet)

  • Standard rate: $250/hr

  • Non-profit rate: $125/hr

  • Member rate (personal events): $100/hr

  • No charge for memorial receptions by members, but custodial fees apply

  • Unavailable mid-Oct–Thanksgiving due to the children’s musical

  • Stage use must be pre-approved by the Director of Music

  • A/V Amenities: Two wireless handheld microphones, speakers with auxiliary input, overhead projector and screen (compatible with DVD, flash drive, or laptop), open guest WiFi network

  • Piano rental (with Music Director approval): $100

  • Note: Church staff can demonstrate A/V use but cannot provide tech support for setup, streaming, or recording.

  • Standard rate: $75/hr

  • Non-profit rate: $50/hr

  • Member rate: $25/hr
