Families With Adult Children Who are Struggling

If you are a family member of an adult child who is struggling with emotional issues and/or has a mental health diagnosis, this may be the group for you. We will gather to share our stories and resources, use some problem-solving techniques, and hold each other and our loved ones in compassion. Group members will be invited, but not expected, to choose topics, help create a structure that meets our needs, and even take turns leading the group. We will review a confidentiality agreement each session. The next suggested topic is "Living With Our Decisions." When we love someone, even giving up is a decision. Come with your own news and topics that need airing, or use this topic to organize your sharing.
