Idea from Bayard: 

I am not really sure that I will be available to HELP with the talent show (I may have a new job).  However, I have THOUGHTS about it.

1) It is a GREAT idea.  Thank you for putting out the idea.

2) Because it is in October:

• It might be a PERFECT way to integrate new members

• A shorter window will keep people from going TOO overboard with their acts. With a congregation of perfectionists, that is GOOD.

3) Format: perhaps there could be two different "classes" of submissions:

1) Mix&Match: people put their name in a "hat" a month earlier.  You are randomly paired with one other person(s) (ideally, youth/adult, new member/old member, etc.).

2) Planned Acts: individual, pairs, groups submit
