UU Urban Ministry Musical Program: The Immigrant Experience March 22 · 4:00 PM · Offsite Join us for a musical program centered on the stories and journeys of immigrants. A cantata by composer John Kramer will be performed by a combined choir from several UU congregations, along with additional musical selections and performances by young people from Sociedad Latina. Proceeds from the event will benefit Boston Immigration Justice Accompaniment Network (BIJAN) and Refugee and Immigration Assistance Center (RIAC). Questions? The story follows two African-American boys, Elwood (Herisse) and Turner (Wilson), who are sent to an abusive reform school in 1960s Florida. Living with Health Challenges April 6 · 5:30 PM · Online A closed, monthly support group for sharing experiences and building understanding around living with health challenges. The group meets online on the first Monday of each month, from 5:30–7:00 pm. Participation is limited to those who join at the start of the church calendar year.
